The Mission of RCFC, Inc. is to make a difference in the lives of our Senior Citizens as they take
the steps to remain safe in the Winter Season of their years. Our Clients, the actual foundation of
this mission, come to us for guidance in all areas of operation of their Residential Care Facilities
for the Elderly. They firmly believe, along with us, that those who chose to work in this field
must put the love of our residents and continual operation in full compliance with regulation as
the basis of our business.
Residential Care Facility Consulting, Inc. Mission is to make a difference in the lives of our
Senior Citizens.
Consulting with Owners and Operators of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly gives us
the opportunity to share the knowledge we have gained in the years of working with
Community Care Licensing to return facilities to compliance.
Foundations are laid as we consult with each facility that gives them the operational basics
upon which to build an established business.
Classes are offered in many areas to give all concerned a solid foundation of the understanding
and reasoning involved in the field in which we work.
Issues are discussed in detail with Administrators and Licensees when involved in the
completion of Plans of Correction.
No step is left unturned when investigating and processing the papers for an Appeal.
Caring for each Administrator, Licensee, Staff and Resident is part of the motivation that
answers the call of our Mission of making a difference in the lives of our Senior Citizens.
