You have decided to open an RCFE. The process can be overwhelming to many when they see the depth of paperwork required and the learning process that the entire venture entails. There are several companies that provide the service of helping with completion of the Application necessary to open and operate an RCFE. You may find that your paperwork is almost the exact same as they completed for your friend who encouraged you to get involved in the business. In fact some LPAs have informed me of the failure of that company to remove the name of the previous facility for which they prepared the application prior to the application that is currently in process at CCLD.
