Plans of Correction
At the end of any visit from your LPA, when you are given deficiencies or citations, there are POCs stating the date the plan is due to be sent to your LPA and the plan to follow for this issue. When the issue is one that was an error on the part of the facility, you will be following the directions to prove you have corrected the error.
At times CCLD may require that you hire a consultant to help you with completion of the plan. RCFC Inc has found that CCLD is impressed in the sincerity of the facility that hires a consultant prior to be given that direction from their office.
Whatever the issue, time is well spent in placing a simple call to RCFC to determine the direction that you might chose to follow at this time.
