Are you due for survey this year?

One can argue the legality of some of the requirements CCLD has implemented on RCFEs in California, but when your LPA is writing citations and civil penalties attached to those citations, you want to know exactly where you stand in accepting or fighting these issues as will be stated in your Plan of Correction.
